Brand Introduction | Juvias The Magic Palette | Review/Swatches

So I've been meaning to review the Juvia's Place palettes for sometime, my collection of the Juvia's palettes grew pretty fast as I practically ordered all the ones I wanted after initially ordering two and being literally blown by them! They have a fair few palettes in different sizes as well as a couple of blush palettes too. Originally I ordered too and then a further 4 when they had a 50% sale on over the Xmas period. Juvia's is readily available in the UK from BeautyBay as well as directly from them,

I love the concept of the packaging simple yet unique, each palette has its own inspiration and figurine picture on them. Although the palettes are made from cardboard packaging they surely don't have a cheap or tacky feel to them. I find that they have a very sturdy and secure feel to them, I don't have any issues or worries about pans smashing easily. The brand claims they aim to provide the most rich, vibrant and highly pigmented colours at the most affordable prices - I have to say their claim is 100% spot on as the palettes are super affordable and the eyeshadows are richly pigmented!

Let me start with introducing the Juvia's Place Magic Palette - with a total of 16 eyeshadows in this palette the inspiration behind the shades for this palette was the moon and sun goddesses. With foiled like eyeshadows there is also a good mix of shimmers and mattes. The only shade that didn't swatch so well was the deep purple it somewhat has a chalky like texture to it however when I used it with a brush it worked much better. Overall it is a stunning palette, make sure you keep an eye out for my review on the rest of the palettes!
