I have MIA on my blog recently for over a couple of weeks now as my MacBook broke down on me (and took a piece of my heart while it was at it)! However thankfully its back up and running but my apologies for the fact I have not been able to post on here.
I'm back with a review of this new addition to the Fenty line, recently Rihanna expanded her range with the Fenty Beauty Uncensored Stunna Lip Paint (amongst a few new additions. If you read my review on the Fenty Pro Filt'r Foundation which you can read here you will know I was rather surprised with how much I actually liked it and still use it on a daily basis. Naturally my heart warmed to the brand so I decided to pick this baby up because if my kit is lacking one thing then it is to a variety of red lipsticks.
Rihanna created this 'perfect' red that designed to suit all skin tones. The packaging reminds me of a cross between nail polish and Christian Louboutin beauty products. The glass prism bottle comes with a silver lid and a unique style sponge lip applicator. The bottom edge of the sponge lip applicator is slightly curved. This lipstick is one of those that would really only need a couple of swipes due to the applicator and opaque pay off.
I have to say I secretly like the packaging as it something away from most other liquid matte lipstick packaging. I love the feel and design of the applicator, once you get used to it, its bloody brilliant for precision and a good application. The texture of the liquid lipstick is quite runny and lightweight. Once I have this on my lips it dries completely matte but still feels very comfortable! I would definitely buy more shades if or when she expands!
