For those of you that didn't get the chance to get your hands on the MAC Oh Darling Highlighter you may want to keep on read this post. I saw the Laura Geller Gilded Honey highlighter mentioned on a friends snapchat along with the hype it carries all over the beauty world. What I don't know is why it took me so long to purchase this as you will see this highlighter mentioned in so many gold highlighter swatch comparisons.
It is most definitely a good dupe for Oh Darling yet its much cheaper and comes with a brush. The brush I personally wouldn't use for highlighting if I'm honest I haven't had a play with it or found a use for it. SO the packaging I personally believe could've been much more sturdy it just seems a tad on the cheap side, also the pan size is literally tiny all that said though this is pretty cheap and pocket friendly so I guess it balances out.
The highlighter itself unlike Oh Darling is more finely milled and doesn't contain particles it is almost like a pure pigment, which I really, really like and dare I say this but prefer the texture over Oh Darlings Extra Dimension texture. This is also so much easier to work with and literally goes on like a dream almost like melts on to the skin! I'm not so much a fan of highlighters than contain shimmers so that is why I absolutely love this highlighter. So if you didn't manage to get Oh Darling then this is definitely one you want to get your hands on, even if you did manage to get it then you still need this as a girl can never have too many highlighters right?! It is in stock on the QVC UK website which is where I got mine from!
