Well where do I start with Lorac ... I've always dismissed or glanced over Lorac palettes, for whatever reason they just never appealed to me. Its only when I was in America at IMAT's (yes you'll be sick of me talking about IMAT's but I don't care it was amazing so why not) anyway I was at the Naimies stand which I have to say was busy yet so efficiently organised, they had 3 stands full of all the different brands they stock so you basically chose your items and they put them in a basket at checkout all you did was take the piece of paper to checkout this meant no hands full and you got to have a look around all the stands without any hassle AND quicker checkout.
I decided to swatch the Lorac Pro 1 and 2 (reviews coming soon) and my gosh I was blown away the texture and consistency on every shade was creamy, pigmented, soft all the positives basically whether they were matte, sheen or shimmer. They also blend like a dream actually I really cannot give them enough compliments they definitely rank at the top of my list for best eyeshadows! Its a shame Lorac isn't available readily in the UK I really do hope they do something fast and hook us up over here and even more I hope they actually expand and never stop expanding their range!
I'm yet to create a look using the Lorac palettes I got 4 in total including this one so will be reviewing them all as I get chance. I have the Lorac Pro Metals palette for sale so hit me up if you're interested. I had a nosy at the lipsticks too and was rather impressed but didn't actually pick any up, as I have red hair (purple at the time) the shades I was drawn to weren't really going to work well for me. So yes I love this palette the colour combinations go perfectly with the theme and name they have for this palette. As you can see there is a mixture of mattes, shimmers and sheens but also a couple duo chrome shades which seem to be very popular at the moment, they also generously throw in a eyeshadow primer with almost all their eyeshadows which is a added bonus. Make sure to keep an eye out for my reviews on the other palettes I got.
