Too Faced Born This Way | Review

The release of this foundation caused a stir, over the last few years I definitely feel like Too Face shave really stepped up their game. I remember 5 years ago when Debenhams had all their Too Faced stock on clearance and the time it really seemed like the brand was dying down but I am super glad that was not the case as they've released some amazing products my favourite have to be their Melted Lipsticks.

The Too Faced Born This Way Foundation is probably the first I've seen them make and most definitely the first I've tried anyway. So long before the launch the hype had started in the beauty world with everyone dying to get their hands on it. I personally own 30+ foundations so another one wasn't on the list but eau time I'd hear another person mention it or read another review I kinda gave in and purchased. I'm also aware the shade ante has been extended although when I purchased Debenhams only stocked a few shades of the range, I had to play guessing games and take a huge risk when selecting my shade.

So onto why so many love this foundation on my thoughts, well people with drier skin this is the perfect foundation for you, containing Coconut water, Alpine Rose and Hyaluronic Acid this foundation is all about hydration packed into a frosted bottle with a shiny black pump and lid. I do pretty much like the foundation and extra detailing like on the lid however I'm not sure about the frosted glass bottle as well all know about finger prints standing a mile off. The texture is nor runny nor creamy so quite a good texture, coverage is 100% full so right up my street. I do very much like this foundation the only thing is I can't wear it on a hot day nor a day which consists a lot of running around as I end up looking like a shiny ball regardless of how well I set it, I have tried different powders etc but still my combination skiing does not like this however the weather has got colds so I pulled this out again as I love the really warm yellow undertone and its sat a lot better on my skin, the other thing I'd like to mention this foundation stays put all day!

Foundation £31.00
