Makeup Revolution Ultra Contour Palette | Review/Swatches

The contour and highlight trend is still going pretty strong and now including the new strobing trend, highlighters and contouring products are probably the most popular and are selling pretty well, there is tons and tons of different texture products available and even many different palettes that come packed with everything you need.

Recently their has been another affordable palette released on the market which is the Makeup Revolution Ultra Contour Palette. This palette comes with two shimmer highlighters, one radiance illuminator, two matte highlighters and three contour shades.

I really like how there is a huge variety of different forms of highlighters available along with a three perfect contour shades, the fact this palette contains the infamous 'banana powder' shade which is probably one of the most popular matte highlighters available by high end brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills and Ben Nye too.

I have to admit I live by the banana matte highlighter in my ABH Contour Palette it is perfect for that Kim K matte highlight under the eyes, so when I saw a similar version in this palette I was super pleased to say the least. What Makeup Revolution have also done is added a pink toned version in this palette for ladies who have a cooler undertone.

I have to say Makeup Revolution have really done a good job with this palette and created the perfect contour palette, with their being so many options already on the market I feel any brand wanting to create their own version has high expectations to meet and this palette ticks all the boxes but is much more pocket-friendly.
