I ordered these Anastasia Beverly Hills Waterproof Creme Color's direct from ABH, I'm a huge fan of liners and specially ones as bright as these! In fact although I've seen many different colour gel liners on the market these have to be the brightest ones I have come across so far and from what I've read on their Instagram these are limited edition however when I placed my order Ice Blue was sold out at the time but now seems to have been restocked so I'm not so sure.
The texture of these is very different to an average gel liner which is usually the case with different coloured gel liners due to pigmentation, I remember when I used Barbie Pink I had to go over a couple of times to get an even coverage but once dried these do not budge which is a bonus, I haven't personally been able to test how waterproof they actually are but from the texture they seem like they'll put up a pretty good fight. I did personally have a hard time getting the shade Sunset to show up on me as a liner so I will probably use this as a eyeshadow base.
I also picked up the #3 Brush which is recommended to be used with these, this is one of the two popular style brushes on the market to be used with gel liners, I know Bobbi Brown do a similar one and then theres many high street options too. I don't actually own this styled liner brush so I decided to order this however I ended up going back to my beloved pointed liner brush.
Overall I really like the colours of gel liners ABH released although I can see them drying up pretty quickly as they're already a stiff texture but I have a cure for that so I'm not too bothered in that sense. I could have probably give the eyeliner brush a miss but thats only because I am used to using a pointed brush however it does a pretty good job when using these liners as it is so much easier to spread the coloured liners across evenly.
Below are a couple of looks I created using some of the liners, for full products list of what I used head over to my Instagram by clicking here or searching @aqeela_k.
