The best of both worlds, Sheer Revolution Lipstick is everything you love about the original Revolution Lipstick—with a sheer, shiny finish.

Every shade has a rich, creamy feel and a gorgeous, high-shine finish. Wait until you apply Sheer Revolution Lipstick for the first time—it feels amazing! Like our original formula, this sheer version hugs your lips and has a buttery-smooth application without feeling like it’s going to slide off.

Sheer Revolution Lipstick has a super creamy texture, intense colour dispersion and extended wear. The defines and hydrates lips while making them look plumper and fuller. The formula contains our Pigment Infusion System™, Maxi-Lip™ and a nourishing blend of Shea butter, jojoba, olive and babassu oils, vitamin C and vitamin E.

At the start if this year we saw the release of the Urban Decay Sheer Revolution Lipsticks the whole line was a new addition to Urban Decay with a total of 10 shades, these lipsticks are basically the same shades from their Revolution Lipstick range but in a whole new formula and on meeting the trend for this spring. Almost every brand has brought out sheer lipsticks for spring 2015 and these are Urban Decays take on the trend.

I have to start off with the packaging which is a combination of lilac and purple, it is also 'trimline-style' packaging compared to the original Revolution Lipstick line. The texture is super easy to work with and for a sheer lipstick I have to say the pigmentation is mind blowing, with added benefits of various oils and vitamin A and C these are perfect for those who like me suffer from dry lips. I would even go to the extent of comparing the pigmentation and finish to a well pigmented lipgloss only that these do not leave a tacky sticky feel to the lips. I got a good 3 hours wear and even after the lipsticks have worn off my lips they leave a lovely subtle hint of colour behind rather than totally fade away off the lips.

I generally love each one I have and have to say Urban Decay have nailed with these lipsticks and I hope they release the rest of the Revolution Lipstick shades in this finish.

Lipsticks £15.50 each
