Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow | Review/Swatches

Charlotte Tilbury never lacks on one thing with her products and that has to be luxury, everything I've tried so far is presented so well yet so luxuriously, the attention to detailing and packaging is just applaudable too.

I finally managed to get my hands on one of her most popular products that has to be the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow. This palette can be bought as a set with the recommended brush or on its own. Like the rest of the range this also comes in lovely rose gold packaging, the texture is one that you will not believe how soft it is until you actually run your fingers over it. The bronze is a subtle warm brown whereas the highlighter is packed with pigmentation and has a warm champagne gold finish.

Although I have a olive skin tone and being skeptical on whether this would show up well on me or not it proved me wrong as it is very build able, now don't get me wrong the bronzer I prefer to use all over my cheeks as its a warm brown with a sheen finish so if you're a crazy contour fanatic then this won't do for you, I have tried it as a contour shade and it works really well at giving a soft contoured look. I absolutely love warm highlighters and this has to be ranking in my top 5 as it is the perfect highlighter containing no glitter particles, this is one of those highlighters which you can dust all over your face to get that soft dewy finish. Overall I love this duo and do wish CT would create a a darker duo for those who like a strong contour or for darker skin tones.

Palette £49.00
