Gerard Cosmetics Lipsticks | Review/Swatches

If you're a Instagram fanatic then Gerard Cosmetics will be of no surprise to you they are super popular specially with American Instagrammers and MUA's. They do teeth whitening products, lipsticks, lip glosses and many other makeup products.

I decided to take advantage of one of their deals to pick up some lipsticks and see what the hype is about. So the three lipsticks I decided to go for were:

Tequila Sunrise - a very soft wearable coral shade.
1995 - this has to be the next popular Kylie Jenner lip product after MAC's Soar.
Cherry Cordial - a deep cherry red.

All the lipsticks are a matte finish, I would say the matte texture on these are pretty easy to work with as opposed to the tug your lips kind of matte. Cherry Cordial is the only one I have to make sure I have no dry lips with as it kind of hugs to dry patches. I would say to wear a matching lip liner for a smoother application. Otherwise the lasting power is pretty good and exactly what you'd expect from a matte lipstick. I am intrigued to try some more of their products as they seem to be releasing new shades quite often. Also keep an eye out as they do some amazing deals!

Don't forget you can now advertise on my blog click *here* for more details.

    1. Its not as pigmented as it looks in the pan but definitely a great nude x

  3. Love your swatches ♥ 1995 is such a gorgeous color. I am not sure why everyone is saying it's the perfect nude though?! It looks a lot more darker in real life, almost like a berry shade.

    1. I guess it can depend on the pigmentation of your lips along with your skin tone to how the colour pay off can look on each person on me its a true nude x
