Tarte is introducing an all matte eyeshadow palette featuring 12 never-before-seen shades to inspire, celebrate and empower real women to take on the day with confidence. The name says it all – this sleek, statement palette is all about the tartelette and features tarte’s signature Amazonian clay-infused, longwear eyeshadow in rich matte shades that are as beautifully diverse as the brand’s loyal fans.
- Amazonian clay: nature’s most perfect ingredient for better, longer, truer wear
- vitamin E: natural preservative that also acts as an anti-inflammatory emollient and antioxidant
- mineral pigments: soothe and soften skin
I managed to get the Tartellette Palette which comes as a part of this collection, made up of 12 creamy matte eyeshadows which come packaged in a lovely lavender to purple ombre packaging with a feature of gold running through, I absolutely adore the packaging and colour scheme. Each row seems to have a colour scheme i.e the first row is four neutral and brown shades and so on. I quite like the idea of the colours being co-ordinated in each row. Along with the palette you also get a get the look card which I thought was a great added bonus. The compact comes with a large sized mirror that has been personalised with Tartelette written along the bottom which just adds luxury to the eyeshadow palette again I was impressed with the attention to detail it shows how much though and effort has gone into making this palette.
I have to admit Tarte is one brand that creates the best mattes specially with the nude shades as these seem to be a weak point with other brands but not with Tarte they seemed have hit the nail on the head. Each shade is literally buttery soft and they all seem to pick up even better with a brush. Once again Tarte have created a winner with this lovely palette. Unfortunately this collection doesn't seem to be available on the QVC UK website as yet and to be honest I'm not sure if it will but I have seen there is another palette available on QVC UK website, if however you are lucky enough to be able to get your hands on this then I would highly recommend this palette.
