Clinique Sculptionary Cheek Contouring Palette - 'Defining Berries'
Clinique Contour & Highlighting Chubby Sticks

On the 6th February we see a new and exciting launch from Clinique which has had me excited from the moment I heard about it. Actually this launch information took me a little by surprise but let me tell you one thing Clinique have taken contour and highlighting to a whole new level!

First up is the Clinique Contour & Highlighting Chubby Sticks, these are something I have been wanting to see more brands recreate as they are super easy to use and lets not forget the whole Kim K hype everyone is on. Cream based highlight and contour palettes have become more and more popular as people have learnt how to master them. If I'm honest it was something which took me a while to play around with and master the blending etc, I use a stippling brush and beauty blender to blend away the harsh lines when using these. The Contour Chubby Stick in a brown shade which I think would suit all skin tones perfectly, it also worked perfectly for me as it wasn't too light or too dark. The Highlighting Chubby Stick is a slightly pink tinted pearlized highlighter which again would go with every skin tone.

Next up the Clinique Sculptionary Cheek Contouring Palette come in four different shades, I have to say I love the whole idea of these as I've always been a believer that a contour shade doesn't just have to be a brown shade but it could also be a darker shade of the actual blusher colour you're wearing and these palettes follow that exact same concept. In each palette you get a blusher, matching shade highlighter and a contour shade, the colours in these palettes can also be used together for a lovely blusher shade too!

Once again hats off to Clinique for embracing the whole idea and for creating some of these amazing products!

Here is a pic where I used the chubby sticks and contour palette:

Chubby Sticks £19 each | Palettes £28 each.
