Skin Care | Konjac Sponge | Review

I haven't seen much mentioned about the Konjac Sponges other than fellow bloggers and artists in the  States on Instagram, I'm guessing its because they aren't so openly available in the UK the only website I have seen them on is Beauty Chamber and not many people are aware of them. I picked one up myself since I have been trying to make sure I use mainly natural skin care and the one thing I have struggled to find is something for gentle exfoliation so I was quite intrigued to pick one up.

There is a total of 5 face sponges and 2 body sponges, each one is designed for certain purposes, one of the body sponges is designed specifically so you can use it on babies.
I went for the Konjac French Red Clay Sponge as I suffer with dry skin. The idea is to soak these in luke warm water and once the sponge has blown to its full size you are then recommended to squeeze not wring the water out and use circular motions on your face for a few minute rinse and this again until you feel your face is clean.

I think the sponges are an amazing idea, its almost like rubbing a giant marshmallow on your face that is literally how soft this sponge and the results are amazing without any chemicals or products this is probably the softest and most natural form of exfoliation. Sometimes I use this every other day and sometimes I use this daily just depending on how my skin is feeling. I have seen my face and skin look and feel so much better of the weeks since I started using this every time I suffer from any dry patches etc I found this sponge has helped my skin a lot.

Sponge £6.95
