Makeup Look | Halloween Broken Doll Inspired Makeup

I have been wanting to do Halloween looks for a while now and then yesterday morning I seen Zoe Newlove's Broken Doll look so whilst little one was away at play school I had the house cleaned, cooking etc done so with 30 mins to play I was given the inspiration to make use of the last 30 mins productively. I however added my own touches to it and had I have had more time I probably would've added more detail as its so easy to get carried away! So here's the products I used to get this look:
1. I started off with my base for which I used Clarins Ever Matte Skin Balancing Foundation for a perfect doll face base, I touched up all my imperfections using Illamasqua Skin Base Lift. Next up I used the Sleek Bronze Block to sculpt my cheeks and for brows I used Anastasia Beverly Hills Ebony DipBrow Pomade.
2. I used Clarins Ombre Mattes in Sparkle Grey and Nude Pink on the eyes, with Sugarpill's Love+ eyeshadow, I also added Sugarpill Tako eyeshadow to the brow bone finishing off the shadows I used Illamasqua Obsidian eyeshadow in the crease of my lids , I then added eyeliner using Illamasqua's Precision Gel Liner, I finished the eyes off using Eldora's B178 lashes. I moved on to under the eyes by using Illamasqua Precision Gel Liner to outline, then added NYX Jumbo Milk Pencil to fill in finally I used Clarins Ruby Lip Liner on the waterline.
3. For the lips I used Clarins Lip Pencil Ruby to outline and fill in the lips, I added Lime Crime Velvetine Wicked to the outer lips and filled the middle with Clarins Rouge Eclat Red Fuchsia lipstick. I also used Anastasia Beverly Hills Eye Covet Waterproof Eyeliner Noir to outline the lips.
4. I added a shade of grey by patting on the Clarins Ombre Matte Sparkle Grey with Nude Pink around it, I added more depth to the shadows by touching in the middle with Illamasqua Obsidian eyeshadow. I finished off by adding the cracks using Anastasia Beverly Hills Eye Covet Waterproof Eyeliner Noir and Illamasqua Precision Gel Liner.
Let me know if you enjoy these kinds of posts, I will consider doing them more often.

  1. This is such a cool look! The eyes are beautiful and the cracks across the face make it all a bit creepy looking! You have a beautiful hair colour by the way x
