Last week I reviewed the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipsticks link, today I am reviewing the Charlotte Tilbury Swirl & Pop Blushers these come in the typical sleek deep blood red packaging with the Charlotte Tilbury logo printed at one side of the rim and symbol on the other side of the gold rim which follows around the packaging holding the blushers. The idea of these blushers is all in the name' swirl & pop' basically you swirl around the outer rim and pop the brush gently in the darker pigmented shade in the middle. But if you're like me then I just use the blusher as one so swirl over both shades together.
I decided to go for these two shades 'Love Is The Drug' and 'Ecstasy' as I wanted the most pigmented shades in a peachy shade and a pinky one. I was at first debating to go for the lipstick and blusher duo packages but the matching lipsticks weren't the choice of lipsticks I wanted so decided to get two of these along with two Matte Revolution lipsticks.
If I'm totally honest when I came to swatch both these I felt like I had wasted my money on products which have less pigmentation than some high street blushers I have. It wasn't until I decided to play with them with a brush that I was actually amazed, the texture no doubt is silky soft and blends effortlessly, these can be built up to your preference really easily and I have o say I have fallen in love with them. The colour pay-off when used with a brush is great! You can use these as singles so the two shades in each pan separately, follow the way they are designed to be used or use them like I do. Sometimes I wear one of the shades either way even the lighter shade around the outer rim shows up pretty well and would be even great for those who don't like to wear their blushers really heavy. Overall like I said I have fallen in love with them and I'm glad I didn't give up on them.
