On the 4th September it was mine and hubbys 3rd marriage anniversary, this month is really special to me as this was the same month me and my husband got together 7 years ago and also got engaged 5 years ago in September. September has been one of the best months for us from the moment we got together.
I didn't really want a fussy anniversary so we kept it pretty low-key and did the general day-to-day things we do, I did however jump in to a salon to treat myself to an updo. On the evening we went out as a family, we dined at The Chandelier Restaurant in Leeds which has a lovely waterfront view, this was called the Mumtaz before they changed their name. The interior and decor is truly breath taking, featuring high ceilings boasting with huge black chandeliers.
After our lovely meal we enjoyed a long walk along the River Aire which is in view you have from the restaurant. The atmosphere was pretty calm and relaxing with quite a lot of boats about.
I searched the internet for a while before I found an outfit I liked, I went with this midi styled aztec print dress paired with a black and white waterfall blazer and nude patent shoes. Hair as I mentioned I had done, and for my makeup I opted for berry shade cut crease with a hell of a lot of 3d holographic pink glitter which really stood out, I also added some ooph with lashes and contact. As for my skin I went for a mega dewy and contoured look with a flush of colour on the cheeks. Finally the lipstick I wore was a pink which was slightly brighter than a nude lipstick.
