Brand Introduction | Delilah Cosmetics | Review/Swatches

Delilah Cosmetics
Vintage (red) - Hush (nude)

Delilah was born out of friendship, a passion for

cosmetics, and the desire to help women of all
ages to look and feel beautiful.

Today I introduce to you Delilah Cosmetics a new British cosmetics brand who offer a range of makeup products to help enhance the natural beauty. I don't know about you I love trying new brands to see how the compete off against the highly competitive makeup industry.

I am reviewing two lipsticks, both come in duo-chrom kind of packaging, my first impressions were I was amazed at the weight of the lipstick which I'd say is 2-3 times heavier than an average lipstick. I popped off the lid and wound the lipstick up to see Delilah's imprint on the actual lipstick, I immediately got a luxury/high end feel to the brand.

These lipsticks are from the Delilah Colour Intense Cream Lipstick range which features 8 different shades mainly nudes. Once applied to the lips I definitely can say they stand by the description of 'colour intense' the pigmentation is brilliant. Vintage has more of a shine to it compared to Hush. Both shades are stunning and live by what you'd expect from a lipstick, wear time is also average, they are scentless but have a sleigh sweet taste - yes I do the weird thing of checking if a lipstick has taste to it lol! Overall I am quite pleased with the lipsticks and have no doubts that the rest of the range live up to their expectations, now if I've convinced you that these have a luxurious feel to them then I must break it to you they are £24 each. I know I wouldn't casually purchase these but they are a great option if you're wanting to treat yourself.
