Body Shop Aloe Range

OUR RANGE OF FRAGRANCE-FREE AND ALCOHOL-FREE ALOE VERA PRODUCTS IS CLINICALLY PROVEN TO BE SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN AND HELPS TO SOOTHE SIGNS OF IRRITATION. ALOE VERA IS A NATURAL SKIN SOOTHER AND PERFECT FOR ALLERGY-PRONE, ITCHY OR RED SKIN. THE ALOE VERA USED IN OUR PRODUCTS IS SOURCED FROM OUR COMMUNITY FAIR TRADE PARTNERS AND CONTAINS NO ADDED PRESERVATIVES.

I was quite excited to see the Body Shop Aloe range and if you've read above Aloe is amazing and a 'natural skin soother and perfect for allergy-prone, itchy or red skin'. Now my skin falls right into that category over the last 3 weeks I have suffered from two allergic reactions so as it fell it was the perfect time for me to try out these products!

I have to say these products didn't further irritate my skin I was able to use both the Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser and Aloe Calming Toner without them stinging in fact they were as gentle as ever on my skin which was red raw and then turned very dry and flaky in all the areas that were affected by my allergic reactions. Both of these retail at £8.50 each.

The Aloe Eye Defence and Aloe Soothing Night Cream both have a thicker texture in comparison to similar products on the market. What I did notice was how they soaked up very quick despite being thicker textured. I think I actually prefer the fact both were thicker in texture. As my allergic reaction affected my eyes really badly the Aloe Eye Defence was a god send in soothing them and keeping them well moisturised, I now use this under my makeup and it doesn't effect it in any way. What I also noticed was a considerable difference in all the red areas when I used the Aloe Soothing Night Cream which again I was impressed with. The Aloe Eye Defence retails at £11.00 and the Aloe Soothing Night Cream retails at just £4.00!

I am glad I got the products from Body Shops Aloe range they have seriously been a saviour in so many ways. Not to forget they are super affordable too!
