|Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder £13.00|
Body Shop's Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder is one I've seen quite a lot in the bloggersphere and as I'm big on contouring and having this cray-cray madness over bronzers at the moment I decided to go for it for myself, I mean let's face it if its matte then I've GOT to get my hands on it this one was no exception.
I went for the darkest shade as I have toned down my foundation shade so I am now adjusting the rest of my produce around this. The packaging firstly is a winner for me it kind of reminds me of a beehive and as this bronzer is honey-enriched I found that quite a clever and well though idea.
The shade however seems like more of a medium tone as its just one shade darker than my skin tone as you can see in the swatch above. When contouring my cheeks I like to have 2-3 shades darker than my skin tone. So I tend to use this around my forehead and temples where I prefer a lighter contour shade. The texture is buttery soft and is amazing to work with as it blends away well. The size of the compact is quite decent for the price too, it is a little bigger than MAC MSF compacts. Overall I quite like it I would have just liked the shade to be one tone darker considering it is the darkest shade, a great buy for people who like more subtle tones though I am glad I managed to find a use for it.
