Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup Review|Swatches

Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup £27.00

'Feels like wearing nothing, yet Naked Skin transforms your complexion. Skin looks natural, illuminated and bright with a luminous demi-matte finish: like the beautiful skin you were born with. This remarkable foundation is oil-free, paraben free and formulated with light-diffusing spheres that literally make you look professionally retouched. How does it work? Naked Skin uses optical blurring technology to blur your imperfections, making it the ultimate in ultra definition. This revolutionary makeup loads skin with a list of nourishing ingredients including: Matrixyl 3000 (a powerful anti-wrinkle peptide), protective and brightening Litchiderm, antioxidant Green Tea and Sodium Hyaluronate for optimal skin hydration and nutrient absorption. Buildable coverage allows women to customize their look and makeup preference: from light to full coverage.'

This is my second product the Naked range, firstly the packaging is a winner for me, the name of this foundation is a slight mouthful so I prefer to call it the 'Naked Skin Foundation' but on the other hand I don't think I could have thought of a better name as it describes the foundation perfectly. From the first time using this foundation I must say I fell in love, I actually wasn't expecting any miracles and was quite suprised at how fine the and runny the foundation was. Once I applied the foundation to my face I was blown away with the results! It instantly lifted my face to a whole different level, my skin looked so much healthier and brighter but felt like I was literally wearing nothing on my face, what is even better this lasts all day and photographs amazingly too.

This foundation ticks all the boxes of what I look for in a foundation, I picked the shade 5.0 in this foundation and I'm usually a MAC NC30 - NC35 the match was more towards a NC30 but you can also get this foundation in .5 shades as well. I will definitely be picking up more shades and adding them to my kit to use on clients.

  1. I loved the finish this foundation gave my skin, but I found that it seemed to cling to dry patches quite a lot. Did you have any trouble with this? Now I've changed my skincare routine, I might give it another go, to be honest. Lovely review, by the way. (:

    1. At the time while I tried it my skin was fine recently my eczema has broken out so I'm not using anything I think its fair for me to say I can't comment on that and yes I love the finish even if I don't wear a setting powder x

  2. This isn't really something that's ever appealed to me, but I keep seeing rave reviews on it. How well would you say it covers?
