Glo Minerals Review|Swatches

Glo Minerals Review*

Now that I have stopped spamming you with pictures and swatches lol on to the brand, Glo minerals is a brand I heard of through the blogging world and one I hadn't tried before honestly speaking. Firstly the packaging on all the products is very basic and simple which is classy in its own way, prices I would say are more high-end than high street.

First up the mascara, probably the only product I wasn't overly happy with in the pic I have used about 5 coats, it definitely isn't one for volume but more so for lengthening. it took me a while to work with the mascara the one thing I didn't like is the amount of coats I had to apply before I was happy with the finish. I have long lashes anyway so it really shouldn't have took me much to achieve a decent result. Over than that the wand is great, easy to work with and I enjoy using this mascara when I'm just wanting natural definition.

The lipliner was a lovely subtle colour, texture is firm but very creamy so makes it quite easy to work with. I was expecting a deep pigmented finish but it is more of a natural colour on my lips. I enjoy wearing this just on its own on my lips.

The eyeshadow trio one of the items I was most pleased with, it has two shimmery kind of shades and one matte finish, the pigmentation on them all is great and I love the selection of colours. The matte shade isn't chalky like other matte shades I've tried so this is a big thumbs up.

The highlighter .. this is another product I was mega pleased with as I am a sucker for good highlighters. This highlighter also makes a perfect dupe for Benefit's High Beam. The texture is really easy to work with both fingers and brush.

Finally the oil free concealer again another product I was pleased with, I only needed to swipe once and this was sufficient enough to cover under one eye area. It blends super easily and doesn't crease, perfect for people with oily/combination skin who find concealers creasing under their eyes.

Overall all I am very pleased with the products and will be getting good use out of them. I love the variety of products available from this brand. The packaging is lovely and not gimmicky in anyway. The only thing I would've liked is a better formula from the mascara but that's about it everything else about the products was great.
