Exploring Clarins Skincare Review

Clarins Skincare*
Clarins brand now appears in my skincare routine more than any other brand, yes I do use other brands too but I have more products from Clarins than any other. Today I'm reviewing a few of their products which I use in my daily routine.

Clarins Extra-Firming Eye Wrinkle Smoothing Cream £39.00
Clarins Eye Contour Balm £29.00
Recently I have noticed some of the finest lines around my eyes yes no one will probably notice but since I know they are its really bothering me so I decided to do what I can as soon as, to be honest I started a good skincare routine well before these appeared but only recently introduced anti-wrinkle creams into my routine. My first two ever eye-wrinkle creams I started off with using the Extra-Firming Eye Wrinkle Smoothing Cream but was advised the Eye Contour cream.

The Extra-Firming Eye Wrinkle Smoothing Cream is described as 'A comforting cream which reduces the look of wrinkles, crows feet and signs of fatigue. Enriched with nourishing essential rose wax, soothing blackcurrant and Clarins patented Extra-Firming Complex, the eye contour area is smoothed, soothed and moisturised.'

The Eye Contour Balm is described as 'This age-fighting balm minimises the look of wrinkles, fine lines and crows feet while protecting the vulnerable skin around eyes. Clarins’ blend of nourishing Shea Butter, Chicory and Cereal Seeds moisturises, revitalises and helps restore elasticity—smoothing the delicate skin on eyelids and eye contours.'

I have to say my fine lines were definitely at least 40% reduced after a weeks worth of use, I haven't seen any new lines appear either since using these. if I'm honest I didn't see much difference when I started using the Extra-Firming Eye Wrinkle Smoothing Cream but saw impressive results when I used both of these together.

Clarins HydraQuench Lip Balm £18.00
Clarins HydraQuench Cream £34.00
HydraQuench Lip Balm is described as 'With its pleasant melting texture, this intensive balm - enriched with essential rose wax and shea butter - helps to repair chapped lips, hydrating them and leaving them soft and delicately pink'

HydraQuench Cream is described as 'Smooth, fresh and easy to apply, this cream provides all the hydrating advantages of HydraQuench Cream, plus SPF 15 sun protection.'

Next up in my routine is the HydraQuench range I use the lip balm each night it literally melt on to the lips, my lips feel super soft by the morning, it also heals my lips if they are chapped. It has helped a lot with me managing my lips.

The HydraQuench is my new daily face cream the one thing I totally love about it is the divine smell. I also love the blue packaging. This definitely keeps my skin hydrated all day and works really well as a base for my skin.

Although the products are pricey one thing you learn when your skin starts to mature is you can't just use anything on it and have to look after it well, a part of that includes good products. Although these products will last me a good 6 months if not more as you do really only need a small amount. I will definitely be repurchasing all these products as they play a huge and vital part in my skin routine.
