L'Oreal Magic Touch Instant Blur & Blushers Review/Swatches

L'Oreal Le Blushers

These True Match Blushers are designed to match all skin tones they come in pink, apricot and honey hues – warm, cool or neutral. The compact is quite handy too once you lift the pan up they all contain a brush and handy mirror, I actually like the detailing to the packaging.

At first sight the colours all looked the same in pan, but once swatched I could see how they all different tones, these are perfect when you don't want too much colour on the cheeks but don't want to look washed of colour either, perfect for the non makeup - makeup days and again throughout winter when you just want to rock a neutral look.

Magic Touch Instant Blur

This is one of those products where you are very skeptical until you've tried it to satisfy your mind. The cream is a thick, light, moussy texture which is a white colour although it says on the packaging that it's tinted. The finished feel is amazing very similar to the face primers that leave you feeling like you have got an amazing velvet texture to your skin (Collection 2000 and Body Shop primers are the ones that I know are known for leaving the similar effect). On to the results, does this product actually do what it claims:

From me the answer is a huge YES, the above pictures are taken with a DSLR so they pick up all the details (including my huge pores, I tried Magic Touch Instant Blur before I had used a mask as my pores are at their biggest point, which for this test was perfect) and you can see for yourself exactly how much this product has worked, yes you can see some imperfections/pores but like I said I used a DSLR for the images and it picked up a lot more than what you can see with the naked eye. I cannot wait to try this on a shoot with hi-res images to see the full effects, if I manage to use it I will do an updated post. Personally I use this after moisturising and before applying foundation, I never really have a problem with foundation wearing away so I can't comment on whether this helps with that or not but generally I am loving using this as it gives me the perfect flawless finish, I will most definitely be repurchasing I just wish it was available in larger proportions.

Have you tried this, what are your thoughts from the results above?
