About EX1 Cosmetics:
'EX1 Cosmetics celebrates this. It is totally dedicated to Asian,
Middle/Far-Eastern or Mediterranean complexions. From golden yellow to
deep olive, every product from this award-winning brand is designed
specifically to suit these skin tones.'
As I am Asian myself I thought it would be great to try out this range, they do products from mineral foundations to blusher and lots more. I am now using this range on a daily basis as the coverage is just right not too heavy or cakey and I love how the foundation is a perfect match.
EX1 Cosmetics Invisiwear Liquid Foundation - £10.50 |
Shades F100 & F200 |
I am absolutely in love with this foundation, F200 is the perfect match for me the name 'Invisiwear' fits just right with this foundation, about I used circular motions twice and the foundation had nearly disappeared after taking the pic I did another two circular motions and the foundation had almost vanished but leaving an amazing coverage. The finish of this foundation is light - medium which I quite like, coverage build up is very easy too and finally a added bonus is this photographs amazingly! For the price I think this is amazing, I think I have found my perfect day time foundation and I will definitely be repurchasing. Described by EX1 Cosmetics as 'The non pore clogging formula is 100% oil and fragrance free, making it
suitable for even the most sensitive of complexions. Smooth and
velevety, this luxurious foundation will banish imperfections to leave
you with even, clear and radiant skin.'
EX1 Cosmetics Delete Concealer - £6.50 |
This concealer is quite light and so blends so easily , I find my dark circles and pigmentation are both considerably reduced, as with all concealers this does need setting with a powder not only to have an even finish but to also avoid any creasing however I didn't find that this concealer actually creased at all. Described by EX1 Cosmetics as 'Lightweight and super-blendable, the appearance of imperfections will be
dramatically reduced, leaving you with flawless, photo-ready skin. Oil
and fragrance free, it won't clog up your pores, making it suitable for
even the most sensitive skin.'
EX1 Cosmetics Pure Crushed Mineral Powder Foundation - £9.16 |
I love mineral foundations and have tried lots of brands, but this one has to be the most pocket friendly and does an amazing job. I would say coverage is light - medium but very easily buildable. Like all other mineral powder foundations this is really light wearing and allows your skin to breathe. I tend to wear this on days I like a less make-up day. Described by EX1 Cosmetics as 'Enriched with a nourishing blend of antioxidants and vitamin E, this
multi-tasking foundation helps to fight the signs of ageing and soothe
the skin, leaving your face looking and feeling more youthful and
radiant. Free from oil and fragrances, the dermatologically tested
formula won't clog your pores, making it suitable for even the most
sensitive skin.'
EX1 Cosmetics Invisiwear Compact Powder - £8.99 |
The Invisiwear Powder teams up perfectly with the Invisiwear Liquid Foundation. This gives a warmth finish and sets the foundation and concealer really well. The finish is the kind of 'barely anything there' kind of finish which again fits perfectly with the name. Described by EX1 Cosmetics as 'Free from oil and fragrances, it's the perfect finishing touch for your
complexion, and is suitable for even the most sensitive skin.'
EX1 Cosmetics Blusher - £7.99 |
I am beyond in love with this blusher it seems a lot more pink in the pan but I found the more I blend this blusher the more peachy/orange it turns which I absolutely love, I'm tend to blend over my cheeks and then dab on the apples, I will definitely be looking into buying some of the other shades. EX1 Cosmetics describe this as '100% oil and fragrance free, the blusher is suitable for even the most
sensitive skin, so anyone can achieve a gorgeous, natural-looking glow.'
Overall I love this range the shades are perfect for Asian/Olive skin tones, whats even better is how affordable EX1 Cosmetics are I always struggled to find the right yellow-undertoned foundation but this one is a perfect match without making me look too yellow and sick lol. Have you tried this range or do you struggle to find the right yellow-undertone foundation too?

No probs hun
DeleteI have tried everything, used MAC for years then switched to Illamasqua Illamasqua was better than the MAC but I think the mineral oils in it were breaking me out :s. A friend suggested the inviwear and I was so surprised it actually was the best match of the lot! Doesn't break me out (well so far, touch wood), and the price is brilliant. Am hooked on this range. I use it with their natural flush blusher, which is just needs to be well blended but is just divine!
ReplyDeleteI swear by illamasqua it's my fav foundation! I even use it in my kit on models, sorry to hear it breaks u out but I must admit I'm in awe with this range specially for the price tag and like u said its a perfect match I'm enjoying using this as my daily foundation x
