Real Techniques Limited Edition Duo Fiber Brushes Review

I think every beauty blogger has been awaiting for these beauties to be released I'm not ashamed to say I am one of them its no secret how much Real Technique brushes are loved I have owned mine well over a year and they are in most MUA's kits. So this set is a duo-fiber both lots of hairs are synthetic, duo fiber brushes are usually designed to give you a lighter effect. When I first looked at the set the bristles aren;t something I'm used to nor have I tried before. But amazingly the finish you get with these brushes is a soft airbrushed kinda finish.

The set retails at £23.99 from beautychamber and many other stockists, it consists of three brushes eye brush, contour brush and face brush, the packaging is different to the usual and they come in a colour which I am a total sucker for at the moment for brushes .. white automatically makes the brushes look fresh well thats what I think anyway :)

Eye brush: this is the one I've played with the most it is the perfect blending brush and not only that it works great with cream eyeshadows.

Contour brush: again this works really well for blending both powders and creams, so no more having to use your fingers to apply your cream blushers.

Face brush: this is the brush with the least bristles out of the set but it is great for loose powders, it works well at applying just the right amount to set your foundation, I've also been using this to dust on my highlighter.

Once again a big well done to Samantha Chapman and Real Techniques I do however wonder why they are only limited edition? enter my giveaway for your chance to win a set :)

  1. Hate to say this but I totally disliked this set! Although I did not try the eye one with cream shadow so I might have another play and see how they go!

  5. The eye brush looks the best out of them! Not sure i'd buy this though - running out of space for brushes, gotta start being cut throat..!
