I have ordered from OMG Fashion before and never had a problem, I first found them through Twitter like many other sites. As normal I went on for a browse and seen some gorgeous wedge trainers I was indulged into them so the next day I logged on to make an order but they were no longer there sold out I guess. So as you do I tweeted to query about them and no reply and several tweets later with no reply thinking they may be busy with the selling of their '99p dress' I just went on and placed an order for a few other things I had seen. My total including delivery was about £40.

I placed my order on the 10/11/12 along with many other orders with different companies and had received my items 3 days later but not my OMG order. Just casually I thought I'll tweet to see how the order is going as I have problems with post in my area, anyway suprise suprise no reply to tweets or emails for over a week before and after my order. I think they were too busy boasting their bloody '99p dress' at this point you can imagine how annoyed I was they was tweeting their business as normal and replying to others BUT me! So I went on their Twitter any suprises in seeing others were just as pissed off as me with the same problem!

So I began telling other Twitter friends and bloggers about my issue this was a week on from my order with no reply which is when I started getting a reply from them each reply was one sentence with a bloody fullstop and the tweets wern't the most helpful but I found indirectly rude. I requested to know if my order had been despatched you wanna know when I was told it is despatched on 23/11/12 the day it bloody arrived! While I was on their Twitter another thing what annoyed me was while I was getting ignored I read a tweet to Tulisa saying 'We would love to send you some of our clothes xx' why the difference in treatment, they were ready to send to Tulisa when they can't manage the orders as it was.

I wouldn't have minded if they had told me they were slightly behind when I first asked but no the ignored me for nearly two weeks yet I was sent an email to say my order was despatched on 13/11/12 misleading info huh?!?!

I then emailed AGAIN this time I told them I want to know what is happening with my order, the full situation, I had to threaten them I would contact fair trading standard as I have all the proof and I also said the person managing Twitter needs to go on a customer service skills course. They finally got back to me and said they will refund the delivery costs when I've received my order, at one point the person on their Twitter even said 'we cannot offer refunds for a order which is only 1 day late' I mean its my money whether the order is on time or not I am entitled to request a refund seen as though I did not have the items.

Even when they started replying to one email a day it took them up until the 23/11/12 to tell me my order is despatched what use when later that day it was delivered. To top it all off they are back to ignoring me and have NOT refunded me delivery costs and I have stopped chasing them they can keep the delivery costs.

I will NEVER order from them again so this post is a slight heads up and if you decide to do so anyway good luck.

Below are pic's of the items I ordered:

Eleventh Weekly Make-Up Tag - Autumn Fall

Hey girl's its that time again this weeks look was 'Autumn Fall', I thought this was an easy one so everyone can take part some of the looks can sound challenging but this is one which we would all do as a change of season. Most of us switch to warmer colours, if I'm honest I just wear all sorts all year round. I do tend to wear more wamrer colours but nothing stops me doing my crazy dramatic looks. Sometimes I feel silly doing my full makeup when my most my life is indoors with my lil man but then it makes me feel better too so I don't care not sure I suit dark lippy though =[

PS: my blogs had a makeover since last week so any feedback would be appreciated xx

Smokey Eye's Tutorial

I know you've all been requesting me to do more make-up tutorials and I really haven't had a chance as my baby is becoming more and more demanding but I managed to slip this one in. Everyone has their own ways of creating smokey eye's so its good to see how other's do theirs and pick up some tips no matter how good you are. So here's the simplest way for me to show you and remember its not something what can just be mastered but takes practice and NEVER be afraid to explore you have to take colours to limits and find ways of working with your own products.

Apply your eye primer

I like to use a fluffy blush for all over colour

I applied the second to lightest colour out of my palette as the base colour and went over with the lighter shade to the inner third of the eye to bring the colour out more

Next I've gone for a light shade of the colour I would like so in this case it will be a green smokey eye look. Once ive got this shade as you can see i've gone from the outer corner of my eye and done a sort of 'V' shape more curved on the top following my browline shape. You'll need a finer brush so you can concentrate on doing this.

Once you've done that blend the colour inwards about a quarter of the way in from the outer corner of your eye. Now if you wanted you could leave it at this but if you want to be creative and exploring then we are basically going to do this but with more darker/concentrated shades

Once you are going to work with darker shades you'll need fluffier brushes for good blending these dome shaped fluffy brushes are my fav for doing this.

Here I've took the first green colour further in on the eye and replaced the outer corner with a darker colour, I did this in the same way first outlining the 'V' kind of shape and then blended in really well.

So far on the above pics we have worked with three colours if you are wanting to go really dramatic then add a fourth colour I have added black. So this time I didn't do a 'V' with black instead just a diagnol line from the outer corner of the eye simply because black takes ALOT of blending sometimes it can either stay too black in places or too faded. So that's why for this tutorial purpose I didn't do a 'V'. so blend inwards VERY well.

Here's the pic once the black has been blended in really well, remember don't be afraid to go back to other colours if you feel you've applied too much of a certain colour or less of another. I go back many times even AFTER I've applied my eyeliner plus its good practice.

Eyeliner is another tricky thing to tackle so I'll try make this as simple as I can for you. Start as close as you can to your lash line. Once you've done this start from the corner and follow the colour diagonally.

Then start from the top of the line then come inwards.

Then fill your eyebrows in, and if you feel comfortable you can make the line thicker.

Here's the finished look.

Hope you found this helpful, if there's anything you'd like me to help you with just comment below, I'd also like to know how I can make it simpler for you then just ask or any general comments will be helpful xx
