I placed my order on the 10/11/12 along with many other orders with different companies and had received my items 3 days later but not my OMG order. Just casually I thought I'll tweet to see how the order is going as I have problems with post in my area, anyway suprise suprise no reply to tweets or emails for over a week before and after my order. I think they were too busy boasting their bloody '99p dress' at this point you can imagine how annoyed I was they was tweeting their business as normal and replying to others BUT me! So I went on their Twitter any suprises in seeing others were just as pissed off as me with the same problem!
So I began telling other Twitter friends and bloggers about my issue this was a week on from my order with no reply which is when I started getting a reply from them each reply was one sentence with a bloody fullstop and the tweets wern't the most helpful but I found indirectly rude. I requested to know if my order had been despatched you wanna know when I was told it is despatched on 23/11/12 the day it bloody arrived! While I was on their Twitter another thing what annoyed me was while I was getting ignored I read a tweet to Tulisa saying 'We would love to send you some of our clothes xx' why the difference in treatment, they were ready to send to Tulisa when they can't manage the orders as it was.
I wouldn't have minded if they had told me they were slightly behind when I first asked but no the ignored me for nearly two weeks yet I was sent an email to say my order was despatched on 13/11/12 misleading info huh?!?!
I then emailed AGAIN this time I told them I want to know what is happening with my order, the full situation, I had to threaten them I would contact fair trading standard as I have all the proof and I also said the person managing Twitter needs to go on a customer service skills course. They finally got back to me and said they will refund the delivery costs when I've received my order, at one point the person on their Twitter even said 'we cannot offer refunds for a order which is only 1 day late' I mean its my money whether the order is on time or not I am entitled to request a refund seen as though I did not have the items.
Even when they started replying to one email a day it took them up until the 23/11/12 to tell me my order is despatched what use when later that day it was delivered. To top it all off they are back to ignoring me and have NOT refunded me delivery costs and I have stopped chasing them they can keep the delivery costs.
I will NEVER order from them again so this post is a slight heads up and if you decide to do so anyway good luck.
