Revlon Photoready Review

I've been seeing alot of new different make-up products released that are being designed to help you gain perfect photos such as photoready blushers, foundation, Lancome's Photogenic foundation and so on. I haven't tried any if I'm honest I was going to get the new Photogenic foundation by Lancome but the lady at the counter recommended it wont be right as I have combination skin and the foundation itself has a heavy wear.

Anyway so Revlon Photoready Blusher is my first out of these ranges that I have tried. This blusher is a cream textured blusher I've found applying this with either my fingers or my Realtechniques blusher brush is the best way of application. If I'm honest I've ended up with a silly collection trying to find the right coral blusher. What I would ideally like is a coral blusher but with an even tone of pink if that makes sense lol, you'll see a review on my new MAC blusher coming soon which meets more to that standard. however I bought this blusher in 'Coral Reef' its a nice light Coral rather than an over powering orange type of coral if you know what I mean.

What Revlon say about this blusher:
  • Creamy blush provides buildable, beautiful flush of color
  • Lightweight formula with silky soft feel on skin
  • Blends evenly over cheeks for smooth application
  • Photochromatic pigments bend and reflect light to provide cheeks with a beautiful glow
Overall:
I think its true that this  blush blends well and does provide a nice colour to the cheeks. Is a lightweight formula and gives a smooth finish. I'm not too sure about the light reflecting I haven't worn it enough times to be able to judge that if I'm honest but when I did wear it I just found it was like any other cream blusher. So as my addiction for cream blushers grows this didn't give me any reason not to like it on the other hand wouldn't be my fav one. Here's some pics as usual lol
